Re-opening update & our commitment to you

November 2021

 

UPDATE:


Following the national easing of restrictions, please be aware that the safety of our guests and employees still remains our utmost priority. Therefore, we have decide to retain the following protective measures:


Face masks will continue to be worn by our employees and we encourage our guests to also comply
Hand sanitising stations will remain in place throughout the resort and all team members and guests are kindly asked to continue to use them
We will accept card and contactless payments only
Track & trace QR co codes will remain at the front entrance, but check in is now optional
Please wait to be seated when joining us for dining in the Oakridge Restaurant
Breakfast buffets will return allowing guests to select their own options

For guests staying 3+ nights, rooms will be fully serviced on the 3rd night. For shorter stays, the rooms will not be serviced. However, fresh towels, linen & toiletries can be requested via Reception

In the almost inevitable situation of a team member having to self-isolate, we apologise in advance for any any knock on effect that this may have on service. Obviously we will continue to follow Govt guidelines across all areas of the hotel
