Following an accident on adjacent Shrigley Road at the weekend, we accommodated an air ambulance on the 13th tee of the golf course as their team attended to the scene North West Air Ambulance has been our nominated hotel charity for the last couple years, so this was a stark reminder of what a hugely important service they provide - a service that requires £18 million per annum to operate effectively.
