Bedrooms Questions:
How many bedrooms are there?
We have 155 bedrooms
What is check in time?
Your room will be ready for you from 3.00pm. Note: If on a spa break, please check in to the spa first, then head to Reception following your spa experience
Can I check in earlier?
Certainly, just leave your luggage at Reception and you may use the facilities before your room is ready
What time do I have to check out?
We kindly request you vacate your room by 11.00am
Can I guarantee an early check in / late checkout?
This is not available, but feel free to check with Reception upon arrival as your room may well be ready
Do you offer triple rooms and family rooms?
We do. Please see the link here for information
Is breakfast included for overnight guests?
Not always. Please check your package. Breakfast can always be added to a room only booking either prior to our on arrival
Do you have disabled rooms?
Please speak to the Reservations Team prior to making your booking. They will advise when making your booking. Throughout the hotel, there are steps leading to most facilities and where possible we have placed ramps and lifts within the parameters of the hotel’s listed building status. Do you have smoking rooms?
No. All rooms at Shrigley Hall are non-smoking and a fine will be added to your bill if smoking takes place indoors
Dining Questions:
When and where is breakfast served?
Monday – Friday: 7am-10.20am. Saturday & Sunday: 7am-10.30am. Served in the Oakridge Restaurant
What is the Restaurant opening times?
Oakridge Restaurant: Lunch and early dine: 12pm to 6pm. Evening dinner: 6pm to 9.30pm. Smart casual dress is requested

Do you offer dinner inclusive packages?
Always double check the package you are booking but we do have dinner inclusive spa and golf packages available. The terms/allowance for these varies from package to package, but is usually £30 per person. This does not include drinks
Are dining options available to all residents?
If you are booked onto a dinner inclusive package, we will ensure a table is reserved for you. However, if you do not have dinner included, you can book a table – subject to availability – here or directly with our team
Do we need to pre book dinner?
Yes, especially if you wish to dine at a preferred time
Spa Questions:
Is the Spa included in my hotel stay?
Unless you booked a specific spa stay package, then you will need to add your spa experience separately. You can do that here. We strongly recommend booking in advance due to demand
What Spa facilities are there?
Bazaar Spa at Shrigley Hall is an extensive development separated from the main hotel, featuring an outdoor infinity pool, indoor pool, tepidarium, thermal suites, cafe and treatment rooms. Please note the spa can only be accessed by adults spa guests and adults only (you will not get access included in a room only booking). More spa information can be found here
What do I bring for Spa treatments?
We supply you with robes, towels and flip-flops during your visit. A swimming costume, or even two if you would like a dry one to change into is advised if you are also using the spa facilities
What are the age restrictions for the Spa?
The minimum age to access the spa and pool facility is 16 (if accompanied by an adult). All treatments are restricted to those aged 18 and over
I have a treatment and Spa session booked. Does my treatment need to be taken during the session itself?
If your treatment and session were booked as part of the same package, then the treatment will be scheduled during the session itself. However, if you book them separately – you can book said treatment into any available slot.
Do I need to book Spa in advance?
Our spa is in high demand. As such, we strongly recommend booking in advance. However, if we do happen to have last minute availability, you are welcome to book. Please check at Reception or click the link

Do you have a helipad?

Do you have parking on site?
Yes. Free parking. 300 spaces. Drop off and disabled parking at the front of the Hotel. A large car park is situated to the rear
Do you have electric car charging points?
Yes, we have several spaces with charging points in the rear car park

Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes we do. These can be purchased exclusively online and sent via email or by post. Vouchers cannot be purchased and collected at the Hotel. Click here for voucher options
How many meeting rooms do you have?
A range of 12 meeting rooms with capacity up to 252 guests with packages available to cater for all
Is Wi-Fi & internet access free?
Yes, it is free throughout the resort

Is there a gym at Shrigley Hall?
Yes, located in the Golf Lodge. Facilities include: Cardio & resistance suite, free weights, woodland jogging trail, showers and changing rooms, food and beverage
What are the opening hours and age policy?
Winter (Nov-Feb) Mon-Sun: 7am-9pm (last entry 8pm). During the winter, access after 3pm via a card collected from Reception. Summer (Mar-Oct) Mon-Sun: 7am-8pm. Guests aged 16 years plus can use the gym
Do you operate a fitness membership?
Yes, but spa access is not included. Find out more here
Can I play golf at Shrigley Hall?
Yes, we have an 18 holes course here ay Shrigley Hall. If you wish to play, you must bring your own clubs, shoes and be appropriately dressed. You can book here, or call Golf Reservations on 01625 575626. Tee times and subject to availability and must be booked in advance
Do you have a practice range?
Yes, but balls are not provided. We also have a pitch and putt / footgolf course that all can enjoy. The rate is £5 per person, equipment provided. Head to the Golf Lodge
Where can I go for a walk or run?
Collect a walking map from Reception where four routes are detailed. Our 1km woodland nature trail loop can also be enjoyed. Our Reception team will point you in the correct direction
Are you a cycle friendly hotel?

Are you a dog friendly hotel?
Welcome to stay at the hotel. The charge is £20 per night for up to two dogs. They are not permitted to access the Oakridge Restaurant and Spa. Please note that guests with dogs can only book a standard room on a pre-allocated corridor at the rear of the property. Please note, should you wish to stay in an upgraded or family room with a dog, there will be a £50 charge
